Turnkey Construction Services LLC was originally founded by Jamie Lockhart with the support of his wife back in Delaware during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a way to keep working quickly developed into a business rooted in the skills, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that he had honed throughout his career.
In 2022, Jamie and his wife relocated to Norfolk, Virginia, and brought Turnkey Construction Services with them. Since then, the company has continued to establish roots throughout the Hampton Roads area, taking on residential remodeling and renovation projects for homeowners who value the highest-quality work and a more personal experience.
Whether it’s a complete home renovation, a large-scale kitchen transformation, or a simple powder room enhancement, every project receives the same level of personal involvement and care from Jamie. For him, the finished product is more than simply a job well done.
